Who we are

To do your best work, you have to be your whole self. Everyone deserves to feel heard and respected, whether it is our employees or the community we serve. RIPCPC is committed to providing just that through our DEI committee. Our vision is to develop a culture where each employee is valued for their skills, talents and experiences irrespective of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or religion. The community we serve is worthy of the highest quality of care, and that cannot be achieved without recognizing what makes us who we are. We take pride in creating a safe space for all and being an Ally to the community we serve.

What we do

• Offer Continuous trainings on different topics such as cultural humility, Allyship and LGBTQ Affirmative practice. Here are some employee comments from our post training surveys:

• We have invited our employees to a local food truck festival and created a company cookbook.
